Objective: Increase Head & Shoulders usage among Gen Z Black and Hispanic men and women by educating them about the causes of dandruff and encouraging them to use H&S consistently instead of cosmetic shampoos. The campaign aims to transform casual users into regular "every wash" customers and end the cycle of dandruff reoccurrence.
